This pattern was
worked out in 1996 to take part in the
International Judaica Competition held in
Jerusalem to celebrate the 3,000 years
of the city, together with 360 entries from all
over the world.
It was awarded the first of the prizes
attributed (10,000 $) .
Since then Leo Contini created a small number of
original replicas that were and are acquired by
the most selective and exigent Judaica
collectors and amateurs. |
